Role Summary
The Fire Alarm Foreman role is a key leadership position on our team and at the core of our business. As a foreman, you lead from experience on the job site. You can take on any task related to installation, service, programing, and trouble-shooting of fire alarm systems. You represent our company and its values as you interact with our customers and other contractors. We pride ourselves on the quality of our work and will equip you with the knowledge and skill to meet our standards of excellence.
How this role contributes...
● Responsible for the installation and service of fire alarm systems
● Ensure quality and functionality of fire alarm systems
● Manage and delegate tasks to helpers and apprentices
● Train and teach apprentices on site
● Have or be able to pass State License Test
● Pass background check
Who we are looking for...
● 5+ years experience
● An experienced alarm technician who can lead on the job
● Attention to detail and thorough, safe and aware in construction environment
● Eager to share knowledge with coworkers and apprentices
● Responsible to take ownership for their job site
● Attentive to their crew’s needs and customer inquiries
● Desire to continue learning and growing
● Knowledge of regulations and fire alarm codes
● Ability to read and understand prints
● Valid driver’s license with good driving record
