Service Maintenance Agreement
Like most companies that provide 24/7 service, DFS requires a 2-hour minimum service call whether we are there for 5 min or for 1.5 hours. To help offset the costs of the minimum service call requirement, we charge a nominal monthly fee to our preferred customers. This is not mandatory but is beneficial as the customer is taken care of at a lower overall rate.
WHY:
Currently, we are only able to offer this program for the security aspect of our business. Security installations include intrusion (burglar), cameras (analog or IP-based), and access control systems.✧ You must be a customer in good standing with DFS to qualify.
✧Customers with access control systems are eligible for a preferred customer service maintenance agreeement but should contact us for specifics.
ELIGIBILITY:
By agreeing to the program, you will not be charged for any service calls. (provided you speak with one of our management staff before dispatching a technician)*
By agreeing to the program, your monitoring is covered in the monthly fee. (one bill)
By agreeing to the program, travel fees are waived. (mileage)
By agreeing to the program, up to 8 cameras are checked annually (replaced if needed), focused, cleaned, and checked for damage.✝
By agreeing to the program, all intrusion devices are checked annually (replaced if needed), and confirmed Central Station is receiving signals. ✝
*This does not include service calls because of customer neglect or acts of God.

HOW IT WORKS:
$100/month (monitoring is included)
PRICE:
For a monthly $100 fee, you will not be charged for service calls, all of your equipment will be replaced if malfunctioning*, and this includes your monitoring fee.
